A flat delivery fee of R65 applies to all orders across South Africa. We also occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected orders and special events.

Every order from Amala Jewelry is carefully packed and shipped with care to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. We currently deliver exclusively within South Africa.
Please allow 1 business day for order processing before your package is dispatched. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 10–15 business days depending on your location and courier operations. While we always strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occasionally occur that are outside of our control.
Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to cancel or make changes to it. However, if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible at
hello@amalajewelry.co.za and we will do our best to assist before your order is shipped. Please note that changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging (including pouches, boxes, and any cards).
- Earrings must be unworn for hygiene reasons.
- Returns must be shipped from within South Africa, as we only deliver within South Africa.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification from us by email. If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
